At UProfit, we want to support our Traders as they increase their profitability while diligently keep their risk under control at the same time. Because of this, we have designed our program in such a way that you can increase your contracts as you increase your profits.
Please remember that we will use your current account balance, which will include any open and closed intraday equity. If you select too many contracts for your account size, you will be in violation of the rules.
While traders grow and progress, they will need to remain aware of the current capital in their accounts and highly discretionary with this concept so they are able to minimize their risk. In order to have some wiggle room with the account, a trader should build up a profit margin that exceeds the contract size they wish to trade.
Below you can see the path to follow when increasing contracts:
Account 25K.
$0 – $1,500 = 2 Contracts Max
After $1,501 = 3 Contracts Max
Account 50K.
$0 – $1,500 = 2 Contracts Max
$1,501 - $4,000 = 4 Contracts Max
After $4,000 = 6 Contracts Max
Account 100K.
$0 - $2,000 = 3 Contracts Max
$2,001 - $3,000 = 4 Contracts Max
$3,001 - $5,000 = 6 Contracts Max
After $5,001 = 12 Contracts Max
The maximum number of Micros E-Mini contracts is as follows,
25K Account - 20 Micros E-Mini
50K Account - 30 Micros E-Mini
100K Account -50 Micros E-Mini
10 Micros E-Mini equals 1 E-Mini contract.

If i accidently place an order for 4 contracts but it does not execute, and i cancel it, will that be a violation of the scaling rule or since it did not execute, will it be ok?
limit orders do not violate... only open positions
Thanks. Thank goodness. I fat fingered a 4 instead of a 1 on my number pad.
Do these rules apply to the evaluation or only for the live account?
Only for the live account. No scaling plan in the eval
Can I trade with 5 Micro E-Mini contract (MNQ), from the beginning?
