Sierra chart connection

Good morning.

I am trying to connect through Rithmic direct connect with sierra chart (UprofitTrader- Chicago Area- Aggregated). Yesterday morning it worked without problem, but in the afternoon it stopped working and now it is impossible.

I have another account with another provider that works with Rithmic and I have no problem connecting, so the connection to Rithmic Direct connect does not seem to be the problem, could you comment me something about it,
