Hey UProfiter! 👋 Here we leave you the details of all the risk and operational parameters of your Flex accounts, so you know exactly what to expect at each stage and how to keep your account always in compliance.
1. Drawdown EOD (End of Day)📉
⚠️Failing to meet this parameter will put the account in breach and require a Reset. (Applies in Evaluation and Live Virtual phases)
The Drawdown defines how much your balance can drop before the account is considered in breach. This parameter is updated at the end of the day, taking as reference the highest balance reached in each session. If no profit is made, the Drawdown will not move and will remain at the value it was already at.
🚨Reaching or exceeding the Drawdown at any time during the day will put your account in breach.
✅50K Account → $2,000 (starts at $48,000 and updates up to $50,000)
✅100K Account → $3,000 (starts at $97,000 and updates up to $100,000)
✅150K Account → $4,500 (starts at $145,500 and updates up to $150,000)
What happens if I reach or exceed the Drawdown?
If you reach or exceed the Drawdown during any open trade or with the accumulation of closed trades, the position will be automatically closed and your account will also be in breach (Breach), so it will require a Reset to continue trading. ☠️
📌If at any time you reach or exceed your account's Drawdown, don’t worry! Remember you can recover it by applying a Reset🔁 or waiting for your subscription renewal to request a free Reset.
2. Inactivity 💤
⚠️Failing to meet this parameter will put the account in breach and require a Reset. (Applies only in Live Virtual phase)
Keep in mind that the minimum volume is 1 trade per week. (A trade is understood as a completed trade, entry and exit, either buy or sell.)
🗓️A trading week starts from Sunday at 6:00 PM ET and ends on Friday at 4:10 PM ET.
If you are unable to trade your account for 1 week or more, you can put it on Pause or Safe Custody from your Dashboard for 7 days, 14 days, or 21 days.🛡️
How do I put my account in Safe Custody?
It's very simple 👇
1️⃣ Log in to your Dashboard
2️⃣ Go to the Subscriptions section
3️⃣ Enter the account you want to pause
4️⃣ Click the 🔒 lock icon
5️⃣ Select the number of days you want to keep it on Pause (7, 14, or 21 days)
📌 Keep in mind that once placed in this status, you will not be able to reactivate it before the time you chose ends.
What happens if I stop trading for a week?
If you stop trading for more than a week, the Live Virtual account will be in breach (Breach), so it will require a Live Reset to continue trading. ☠️
3. Contract Scaling 🪜
⚠️Failing to meet this parameter will put the account in breach and require a Reset. (Applies only in Live Virtual phase)
We have designed a contract scaling system that will allow you to trade more contracts when you surpass a certain profit level 🧗 while keeping the risk controlled.
📌Keep in mind we will use the current balance of your account, which will include any open and closed intraday capital. If you select too many contracts for your account size, you will be violating the rules.⛔
Below you can see the progression for increasing contracts:
🔹50K Live Virtual Flex Account
🖇️ 0 - 1,500 = Maximum 2 E-Mini Contracts or up to 20 E-Micro Contracts
🖇️ From 1,501 = Maximum 3 E-Mini Contracts or up to 30 E-Micro Contracts
🔹100K Live Virtual Flex Account
🖇️ 0 - 2,000 = Maximum 3 E-Mini Contracts or up to 30 E-Micro Contracts
🖇️ 2,001 - 3,000 = Maximum 4 E-Mini Contracts or up to 40 E-Micro Contracts
🖇️ From 3,001 = Maximum 6 E-Mini Contracts or up to 60 E-Micro Contracts
🔹150K Live Virtual Flex Account
🖇️ 0 - 2,000 = Maximum 3 E-Mini Contracts or up to 30 E-Micro Contracts
🖇️ 2,001 - 3,000 = Maximum 4 E-Mini Contracts or up to 40 E-Micro Contracts
🖇️ 3,001 - 5,000 = Maximum 6 E-Mini Contracts or up to 60 E-Micro Contracts
🖇️ From 5,001 = Maximum 9 E-Mini Contracts or up to 90 E-Micro Contracts
What happens if I exceed my account's contract scaling?
If you exceed the allowed contracts for your account at each level, the account will be in breach (Breach), so it will require a Reset to continue trading. ☠️
4. Trading Hours 🕒
This parameter does not represent a breach (Applies in Evaluation and Live Virtual phases)
The trading hours for Flex accounts are as follows:
✅Weekly Opening: Sunday at 6:00 PM ET.
✅Daily Close: Monday through Thursday, trades close at 4:10 PM ET and reopen at 6:00 PM ET.
✅Weekly Close: Friday at 4:10 PM ET.
📌All positions must be closed before 4:10 PM ET, as Swing Trading between sessions is not allowed. You can reopen trades starting at 6:00 PM ET.
What happens if I leave trades open outside of trading hours?
If you leave trades open after the allowed hours, the system will close all positions and orders at 4:10 PM ET, regardless of whether they were in loss or profit.
5. Consistency 📏
This parameter does not represent a breach (Applies 50% in Evaluation phases and 40% in Live Virtual phases)
✅Evaluation Phase: The consistency rule states that your highest profit day (Best Day) must not exceed 50% of the total accumulated profit in the account. This requirement must be met to advance to the Live Virtual phase.
✅Live Virtual Phase: The consistency rule states that your highest profit day (Best Day) must not exceed 40% of the total accumulated profit in the account. Meeting this requirement determines the trader's eligibility to request withdrawals.
💡To easily calculate consistency, divide your best day by 0.5 (in evaluation phase) or 0.4 (in Live Virtual phase), the result is the minimum total balance you must have accumulated.
If you have questions or need a detailed example applied to your account, write to us at support@uprofittrader.com and we will gladly help you calculate it.
What happens if I do not meet the consistency?
Consistency will not put your account in breach; it is a parameter to pass the evaluation program or to withdraw from your Live Virtual account. You just have to keep trading until you reach the corresponding amount.
