🎓 How do evaluation programs work?

Hey UProfiter! 🚀 Just a heads-up: all of our evaluation programs are monthly subscriptions. Here’s how they work:
 

🔄 Suscripción Renewal: Your monthly subscription renews every 30 days from the date of your first payment. It stays active until you hit the profit target (and move to Virtual Live) or until you manually cancel it from your Dashboard.

📌 If your subscription doesn't renew automatically and you'd like to continue, don't worry — you have up to 3 days after the payment date to request a manual payment by emailing support@uprofittrader.com.

📌 If, after the 3 days following your renewal date, the payment hasn't been completed — whether automatically or manually — the account cannot be reactivated.
 

💳 Payment Methods: You can purchase using:

• 💳 Credit or Debit Card by selecting "Card Payment".
• 🅿️ PayPal (with balance or card linked to your PayPal account).
• 🪙 Cryptocurrencies via CoinPayments (USDT — USDC — BTC).
   

⚠️ Rule Breaches: If your account breaks a rule (Breach), you have 3 options:
 

✅ Pay for a Reset, which restores your account to its initial state. You can do this anytime, but keep in mind it doesn’t change your subscription date or payment.

✅ Wait for your next monthly renewal and request a free Reset from our support team.

✅ Cancel your subscription and apply for a new program.
 

🎁 How does the free Reset work?

If your account has a rule breach before your monthly renewal date, or if your balance is below the starting amount, you can request a free Reset from our support team once the subscription renews.
 

⏳ Automatic Subscription Renewal:

If you don’t cancel your subscription yourself or request cancellation at least 1 business day before your renewal date, it will renew automatically.
 

❌ How to Cancel Your Subscription:

You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard:

• Log in to your Dashboard.
• Go to Subscriptions.
• Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
• Hit the "✖️" in the top right corner.
   

📌 If you want to avoid the next charge, make sure to cancel at least 1 business day before your billing date. 

If you can’t cancel it from the Dashboard, just send an email to support@uprofittrader.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.
